Fantastic interview and great work. I have admired Chen's stuff for years, but never really knew who he was. My favorite design is that of Mulan's horse (or hefer as Eddie Murphy would say). Awesome blog - I have one question about Chen's work: What is the last drawing of? Is this a new or older project - it looks really interesting and the colors are much different that his other work. Thanks!
Chen Yi is awesome for sure! I noticed that his laters stuff (the dog and cat page) is alot looser. He is right about always evolving. Plus he is a mean ping-pong player. I hope to work at his studio one day.
